  • Machine running principle:
    • The working main turntable consists of several operations such as bottle-arranging machine for feed bottles, filling, rubber stopper-falling and Al cap-sealing and more
    • Bottle feeding: manually put the empty plastic bottles into the bottle-feeding turntable which run to send the plastic bottle into the conveyer belt, then the conveyer belt sends the bottles into the main working turntable
    • Detecting: the photoelectric sensor detects whether or not existing empty bottle on the main working turntable, sends the detected signal into the control computer to control filling with bottle or stop filling without bottle
    • Filling: if detected existing bottle in front, the computer controls the filling gun-tube to insert inside the bottle for process filling
    • Rubber stopper-covering: a special device will put the rubber stopper onto the bottle mouth
    • Al cap-falling: the Al cap will fall onto the mouth of the bottle entered this station
    • Al cap-rolling: a special sealing mechanism will roll the Al cap tightly
    • Bottle output: finally the poking-rod will poke out the bottle with stopper pressed into the bottle-receiving tray
