Bottle neck is stuck by the supporting plate and kept upright. Ascending and descending of the filling valve is realized through the lifting mechanism of the cam. Filling step starts once the valve descends to the mouth of the bottle, and finishes when the bottle is full. Filling valve will ascend and leave the bottle, bottle then will be sent to the capping machine through transition wheels. Anti-rotation knife locks the bottle in case of bottle rotation and keeps it upright. The capper will keep rotating and revolving in the capping machine. Movements of cap catching, cap covering, cap screwing and cap releasing processed in the function of cam mechanism. Filled bottle is transferred to bottle-out conveyor from the capping machine, leaving the 3 in 1 filling machine. The machine looks elegant and graceful with console mode windows.
