  • Standard negative control serum: 1 vial (0.2ml/vial) of normal bovine serum treated with calcium
  • Sodium azide (0.01%) added as preservatives
  • Standard positive control serum: 1 vial (0.2ml/vial) of anti-BTB strong positive bovine serum treated with calcium
  • Sodium azide (0.01%) added as preservatives
  • Sample diluents(5xconcentrated): 1 bottle of phosphate buffered saline, sodium azide(O.01%) added as preservatives
