PPR pipe extrusion line 

This PPR pipe making machine consists mainly of color mixer, vacuum loader, hopper dryer, main single screw extruder, co-extrusion extruder, co-extrusion die, vacuum forming bath, water spray cooling bath, laser marking machine, traction machine, chip free PPR pipe cutter, stacker or coiler etc. 

PPR machine is widely used for water supply and radiate floor heating in house, shopping mall, hospital, stadium and country. PPR pipe plant developed by our company and this plastic extrusion line adopts advanced technology with the feature of unique structure, leading configuration and easy operation.

Feature of PPR pipe extrusion machine：

1.Excellent shearing, mixing and stable pipe extrusion with professional barrier type screw, creative shearing and mixing design.

2.High speed material feeding with special spiral groove feeding design and outside water jacket cooling ensures PPR pipe extrusion speed is high. 

3.High speed calibration and good cooling effect with spiral mould structure design and special pipe inner cooling system which is core of PPRC pipe machine. 

4.Vacuum calibration tank adopts high-efficiency two chambers which bring fast cooling effects on PPR pipe.   

5.Water spray cooling tank length reach to 12 meters for guarantee PPR pipe cooling effects. 

6.Traction machine adopts two belts structure with silicon rubber blocks, plastic extrusion speed controlled by service motors or invertors. 

7.Chip-free pipe cutting machine controlled by PLC, pipe cutter is with higher length control accuracy and higher cutting efficiency.
