Foam board signs are smooth to secure to walls or other regions as they’re light-weight, which means that that you can use removable adhesives to show them. While you don’t have the choice of wearing a sign show, you may use small squares adhesive tabs and connect the froth directly to walls, simply make sure to use an adhesive that won’t go away any permanent damage on floor regions.

Why there are stripes perpendicular to the extrusion direction?

The viscosity of the foaming regulator is too high, change the the foaming regulator model.

The mould and extruder temperatures are too low, increase the temperatures.

The drawing speed is too high, lower the drawing speed.

Things you should know about PVC foam board

Because the surface can be pierced with thumbtacks or pushpins, foam board can make a great disposable bulletin board for a fraction of the cost of corkboard. When the surface gets too full of pinholes to be used any more, throw it away and buy a new board.
